Section 1: Cookies and data we collect

NexGenIT Digital Services, LLC (or NGIS LLC or NexGenIT Servies LLC or NGIS), hence forth will be referred to as "we" or "The Company", host a variety of services, websites, and apps. To properly account for where you are visiting or what service you are using, you will see a variety of cookies for our website and company. We - as the company - will not sell your data intentionally, these cookies will strictly be used for our own services to provide the best user expereince we can possibly offer. We host the server using an Amazon LightSail Server, their privacy policy can be found (Here). From there, you can see how they handle your information after we obtain what we need and then store on their servers.

Section 1.2 - Cookie Usage.

We will use the cookies for a variety of things. Below is a list of what we may use them for and is subject to chnage at any time without any prior notice.

Once again, we will not purposley leak, sell, or give out your informatiuon to any 3rd party, if there is breach, we will do our best to contain and get rid of it. Your right as a user for a breach notice will be either via email, if you have signed up for email notifications, or seeing a breach notice on the website for 30 days from when the breach was found.

This list will be updated as soon as possible when things are changed. We are not required to give an immediate notice when out Privacy Policy changes, notifications will be made when we are able to. When different systems and software is added, both the Privacy and Policy and Terms of Service will be updated to reflect the changes as soon as possible, it may not be immediate however.
